Hot Water Dispensers
Hot water dispensers provide instant hot water at 190 degrees Fahrenheit, and are great for making coffee, tea, instant hot chocolate, soups, and even hot oatmeal.
You can think of a hot water dispenser as a miniature electric water heater. This miniature water heater generally holds a capacity of one half to a full gallon of water. From here there is a spout added above the sink, and the water tank itself is then hung underneath the sink and counters, and generally is hung on the inside wall of a cabinet below.
Upon adding a hot water dispenser you will be required to install a dedicated 110-volt outlet. This outlet will serve as dedicated power for the hot water dispenser, and nothing else.
Once installed, hot water dispensers will only slightly raise the cost of your heating bill (on average $10.00 a year), not much of a fee for something with as much everyday use as something like instant hot water.

Hiring a Plumber
Hiring a plumber is very similar to purchasing a car. In both situations, it
isn’t wise to go to the yellow pages, choose a dealership/plumber at random, and
pay for the car/services without shopping around. As silly as that sounds, it is
very common for homeowners to find a plumber that way. The best advice to offer
when it comes to hiring a plumber is to do your research and find a qualified
plumber who can suit your needs the best.
